What kind of service do you provide in your receiving dept.
Had 3 different skew numbers in the store. Advices us to order all the same We did..
they tell us it’s in. We wait around over an hour while every person in the dept stood around Turns out they can’t find most of my order and tries to give me 3 different dielots. I’m so disappointed in the service and the lack of knowledge coming from these people.

I submitted a claim about 2 weeks ago, and can't get a response to my emails.About 7-10 days after installation, the boards in the flooring began to separate in about 5 places. This was gradual but getting worse-in two spots the boards have separated 1/4 inch apart.
I submitted a claim, had trouble sending pictures, was even reminded by Diego Royer to submit them, then when I did get them to send, was unable to get verification that the pictures and claim had been received. I called both "customer care " numbers, neither one helps in the slightest. No one is responding to my emails and I am rather unhappy, since I spent 5K on the materials and another 4K to get it installed by an installer with 30 years of experience.
I believe the claim # is 0203****, but not positive as I am at work right now. Believe me, I will not let this go.

Horrible customer service. If you didn't read the fine print( like who does- they are supposed to be the experts) you are screwed.
